拷贝别人目录的时候服务先停止

还有参数文件里的路径改改

这个错误是说mysql 关闭异常，并没有报启动异常。
估计当你把新的目录覆盖上去之后，关键的文件都丢失了，你安装的路径和别人的路径也可能不一样。
