想在页面访问WebRoot下img文件夹下的图片
在SpringMVC中访问静态文件时添加了<mvc:resources location=”/img/” mapping=”/img/**”/>后开始报错了，
错误代码：
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.springframework.web.servlet.DispatcherServlet).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

自从添加了上面MVC标签后就404了，整个SpringMVC都不能用
